Admin Actions

User Roles

• Acorn Instructor -> Can teach only own curriculum, no access to slides
• Treeway Instructor -> Can teach both premade & own curriculum
• Pending Instructor -> New instructors that haven’t completed self-guided orientation (manually change when orientation completed)

• Free Trial -> Registered for trial (Free trial discontinued if not converting.)
• Canopy Free Sponsored -> 3 free classes per month for 6 months for sponsored families. (Jan 2025 final month)
• Treeway Student Standard -> Purchased Treeway bundle (classes + curriculum) in any grade
• Treeway Student Premium -> Grandfathered students with unlimited class credits from Treeway
• Treeway Multi Student -> Families with more than one student enrolled in Treeway Academy and have purchased the bundle.
• Canopy Yearly Member -> Purchased a year of live classes, recurring
• Canopy Monthly Member -> Monthly live classes only, recurring
• Canopy Cancelled -> Cannot Access Individual Classes + Menu is hidden. Can’t purchase credits.

Give Monthly Class Credits

This button allows an admin to award points to all users based on their roles.

• The points awarded are:
  • 10 points for certain standard and member roles.
  • 20 points for premium and multi-student roles.
  • 3 points for Canopy Free Sponsored users who currently have no points.
  • 0 points for Free Trial users – they only get points once to try.
  • An email will be sent to users at noon on the 1st of each month.

Reset Expired Class Credits

This button allows an admin to reset all users’ points to zero.

• A log entry is added to the users’ credit history indicating the reason for the reset.
• The reason for the reset is that class credits have expired.
• Class Credits expire every 6 months (February and August)
• An email will be sent to users before credits are removed (1 month / 1 week before).
• An email will be sent on Aug 30 and Feb 28 at noon on removal day.
